Driven by Persistence Ltd Refund Policy

As part of our commitment to authenticity and clarity, please review our policy, which is structured around our custom production process.

1. Claim Submission Window

You have 14 days after receiving your item to submit a claim for a return or exchange.

Note: For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

2. Return and Exchange Conditions (Critical for Custom Goods)

All Driven by Persistence Ltd products are unique and made specifically to order. Therefore, we can only accept a return or exchange in the following situations:

  • Manufacturing Defect or Damage: If the item is defective, was damaged during shipping, or has a verifiable printing error.
  • Production Error: If you received the wrong item, the wrong color, or the wrong size compared to what you originally ordered.

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s Remorse: If you simply change your mind.
  • Sizing Issues: If the item does not fit due to the size being chosen incorrectly by the customer. Please review our size chart before ordering.

3. Damage and Defect Claims (Process)

If you find a defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, providing:

  1. Your Order Number.
  2. Clear photos of the defect or damage (close-up and full view).

If the claim is approved, we will bear the cost of producing and shipping a replacement item to you.

4. Refunds

We will notify you once your return claim is processed. If approved due to a production or shipping error, the refund will be automatically processed via your original payment method within 10–15 business days.
