Shipping Policy

This policy details the terms and conditions regarding the processing, shipping, and delivery of goods purchased from Driven by Persistence Ltd.

1. Order Processing (Fulfillment Time)

All items are custom-made (print-on-demand) specifically for you by our external production partners.

• Processing Time (Production): All orders are processed and manufactured within 2–7 business days after payment is received. The exact time depends on the product and current order volume.
• Exceptions: Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. During peak seasons (holidays, sales), processing time may be extended.

2. Delivery Times (Transit Time)

Delivery times start after the production process is complete. These are estimates provided by our shipping partners:

Destination	Estimated Delivery Time
USA and Canada	5–10 business days
European Countries (UK, Germany, etc.)	5–12 business days
Rest of World	7–18 business days

Please note: Delivery times are quoted in business days and may be subject to delays due to customs procedures or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Cost

Shipping costs are variable and calculated at checkout based on the destination and product type.

• Calculation Method: The fee is determined by the destination and the weight/type of product.
• Multiple Items: We offer a discounted shipping rate for each additional item in the same order.
• Final Cost: The final shipping cost will be clearly displayed during the checkout process before you confirm your payment.

4. Order Tracking

After the order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a Tracking Number. You will be able to track the status of your package on our carrier partner's website.

Note: Tracking information may appear in the system 2–5 days after shipment.

5. Customs Duties and Taxes

For international orders, import taxes, duties, and related customs fees are not included in the total cost of your order.

Buyer's Responsibility: The buyer is solely responsible for the payment of any customs duties and taxes levied by the destination country. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs authorities.
